James E. Behem, 76, of Terre Haute, passed away Friday, November 16, 2012 in Union Hospital. He was born in Terre Haute on January 16, 1936 to Paul E. & Marie I. Wilson Behem. He was a salesman for Waterway Ag, Inc. He is survived by two sons, Travis Behem & Jamie Behem, and one grandson, Josh Behem. Also surviving is one sister, Joan Curry and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Ralph Behem, Jr. His memberships include the Riley American Legion Post # 328 and the Terre Haute Eagles Lodge. Funeral services will be held in DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor David Deal officiating. Entombment will follow in Roselawn Mausoleum. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the funeral home. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Riley American Legion or charity of choice.
