Flora Melissa Ouellette, 71, formerly of Terre Haute passed away with her family by her side on August 10, 2014. She was born in Gary, IN to Archie and Flora Knoll on February 8, 1943. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 41 years Delbert H. Ouellette; brothers Homer Knoll, Archie (Jr.) Knoll and John Knoll. She is survived by her children Timothy Ouellette and his wife Vickie, Melissa Harlan and her husband Craig, Dennis Ouellette and his wife Carolee all of Terre Haute; grandchildren Nicole Todd and her husband Caleb of Martinsburg, WV, Andrea Johnston and her husband J.R. of Terre Haute, Alecia Mieland and her husband Steve of Wheaton, IL, John K. Rose of Culpepper. VA, Andrew Ouellette and his wife Amanda of Terre Haute, Nathan Ouellette of Tell City, IN and Whitney Ouellette of Terre Haute; great grandchildren Gavin, Lani, Parker, Peyton Johnston, and June Mieland; and extended family John Eric Rose, Dora York, and Sam and Shelly Wilson. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, August 15, 2014 at 2:00p.m. in DeBaun Funeral Homes Wabash Avenue Chapel, 2425 Wabash Ave. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00a.m. until 2:00p.m. In honoring Flora’s wishes, cremation has been chosen, she and her husband will be interred at a later date together in Summit Lawn, Brazil, IN.
