William R. “Bill” Waggoner, 48, of Terre Haute passed away Friday January 3, 2014 in Terre Haute. He was born January 3, 1966 in Terre Haute to James D. Waggoner and Sharon K. (Mundell) Waggoner. Bill is survived by his mother, Sharon Waggoner of Terre Haute; daughter, Kelsey Hagen of Carbondale, IL, brothers, James Waggoner, Jr. of Terre Haute and Andy Lee Waggoner, Sr. and his wife Kimberly of Terre Haute; nieces and nephews, Tiffany Waggoner, Desirae Waggoner, James Waggoner III, Hannah Rose Waggoner, David Elkins, Devan Waggoner, Andy Waggoner, Jr., and Delaney Waggoner; great nieces, Jamie Brown and Addison Waggoner, and a great nephew Johnathan Lee Waggoner, and many Aunt, Uncles, & Cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, James D. Waggoner, a brother, Ronald Eugene Waggoner, and grandparents, Herschel and Charlotte Mundell and Sarah and Emery Waggoner, Sr.. Bill enjoyed being outdoors and especially loved mushroom hunting. Visitation will be Friday January 10, 2014 from 1:00 until 3:00 pm in DeBaun Funeral Home, Springhill Chapel, 85 E. Springhill Dr. with funeral services at 3:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Chris Wilbur officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that monetary donations be made to Bill’s mother Sharon to help with the cost of a headstone. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
