Ed Johnson, 51, of Terre Haute, died April 17, 2017. He was born Jan. 18, 1966, in Danville, Ill., to Ralph Johnson and Gloria Shannon Johnson. He had formerly been employed at Roselawn Memorial Park as a groundskeeper. He was preceded in death by his mother and father; his birthmother, Rosie Irvin; and a nephew, Brett Hamke. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Tallman Johnson of Terre Haute; one son, Austin Johnson of Terre Haute; four stepsons, Luz Duran, Danielle Duran, Matthew Duran, all of Terre Haute, and Joseph Duran of Texas; one sister, Debbie and George Hamke of Montezuma; one nephew, Bart and Chris Hamke of Clinton; and many friends. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Frist Funeral Home, in Clinton. Services will begin at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Online condolences may be made at:
