SULLIVAN [mdash] BriLeigh Dawn Michelle "Mimi" Taylor, 15, of West Terre Haute, passed away Friday, March 24, 2017, after a lifelong battle with epilepsy and cardiac issues known as Lennox Gestaut Syndrome. She was born Oct. 17, 2001, in Sullivan, Ind. Survivors include her mother, Brenda Jo Taylor Soinsky; her father, Brooks Bogard; two sisters, Nichole Stockwell and Lillee Taylor; three brothers, Eli Taylor, Austin Bogard and Aaron Soinski; grandparents, Dorothy and Joe Taylor; great-grandmother, Sue Taylor; two nephews, Nickolas Stockwell and Jaxson Hunt; and many aunts, uncles and cousins including cousins Caden Smith, Chloe Taylor and DaKota Finley. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, who was Dad Chad Soinsky; and her great-grandparents, Vernon Taylor, Mildred Winkler, and William and Wanda Anderson. BriLeigh had been a student at West Vigo Middle School. She loved animals, the outdoors, four-wheeling and fishing. A celebration of her life will be at 3 to 6 p.m. Friday in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home with services at 6 p.m. with a eulogy and sharing of memories by her family. The family kindly suggests that if friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the BriLeigh Taylor Memorial Fund with envelopes available.
