PARIS, Ill. [mdash] LaDonna J. Gann, age 86, of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 5:20 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017, at Twin Lakes Rehab and Health Care Center in Paris. Mrs. Gann was the former transportation director at the Senior Center, manager at the Cricket Shop, was a supervisor at U. O. Colson Co. and was bookkeeper at Gann's Service Center. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Born June 15, 1930, in Grandview, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Frank A. and Isa P. (Knight) Henson. She married Marvin Gann Feb. 28, 1947, in Paris. Mr. Gann passed away March 13, 1983. Survivors include a daughter, Patty Mattingly and her husband Don of Paris, Illinois; a son, Jimmy Lee Gann and his wife Regina of Waynesville, North Carolina; a sister, Mary Lou Striker of Paris, Illinois; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Tommy Ray Gann; three brothers; and six sisters. Visitation for Mrs. Gann will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27, 2017, at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017, at Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
