Cordeia Auler

Codeia F. Auler, 88, of Terre Haute passed away Wednesday June 25, 2014 in Union Hospital. She was born January 29, 1926 in Mulberry Grove, IL to Benjamin Franklin Roach and Mary Alta Nelson Roach. Cordeia was a homemaker, and was a member of the Terre Haute Moose Lodge and the Ladies Auxiliary Post of the VFW Post 972. Cordeia loved her family and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. She is preceded in death by her husband; Glenn Isham Auler, who passed away March 6, 1972, two sons; Ronald Kent Auler and Paul Stanley Auler, one step son; Glenn Auler Jr., one brother; Marian Roach, and her beloved dog; Mandy. She is survived by one son; William (Bill) Auler of Florida, one step-son; Larry Aurler and his wife Dorothy of Terre Haute, five daughters; Vicki James and her husband John of Noblesville, Candy Rooksberry and her husband Tom of Terre Haute, Sandy Dawson and her husband Orbie of Sandford, Indiana, Mary Otte and her husband David of Terre Haute, Lisa Grayless and her husband Harold of Terre Haute, one step-daughter; Betty Swalls of Terre Haute, one sister; Lois Wehrle of Mulberry Grove, Illinois, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many other friends, family, and loved ones. Funeral service for Cordeia will be held Tuesday July 1, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana with Rev. Fred Harrison officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 10:00 am until service time at the funeral home.
