Mark Steven Felling, 47 of Terre Haute, passed away Monday May 5, 2014 from injuries sustained from an automobile accident. Mark was born July 22, 1966 in Terre Haute to Herbert Leroy Felling and Linda Plasencia. He worked as a roofer and was a member of the Roofers Union Local 150. He also worked at Random House Publishing for many years in Crawfordsville, Indiana. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching NASCAR, especially his favorite driver, Dale Earnhardt Sr. He was also a Green Bay Packers fan and enjoyed watching basketball and baseball. He enjoyed the outdoors and going fishing whenever he could. Most of all, Mark had a special place in his life for his family, especially his grandchildren. Mark was preceded in death by his grandmother; Audry Small, and a cousin; Andy Swartz. He is survived by his parents; Lee and Linda, one daughter; Jordyn Boyer and her husband Sam, a step-daughter; Megan Frost, four brothers; Shawn Felling and his wife Yvonne, Lee Felling, Brenden Felling, and Covie Hurtt, three sisters; Michelle Felling, Stacey Hurtt, and Odessa Hurtt, grandchildren; Ayden Racey, Ava Freed, Bella Boyer, and expected grandchild Brynlee Boyer. Mark is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, friends, family, and loved ones. A memorial service to celebrate Mark’s life will be held Thursday May 8, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana 47804.
