Thomas Douglas Welliver, age 44, of Terre Haute, Ind., formerly of Dennison, Ill., passed away on March 2, 2017, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis, Ind. He was born on April 18, 1972, in Terre Haute, Ind., to Larry and Sharon (Collins) Welliver. He was a computer systems technician at Guardian Computer Services. He is survived by his mother, Sharon Welliver of Marshall, Ill.; one brother, John Welliver of Indianapolis, Ind.; one sister, Jennifer Welliver of Marshall, Ill.; one aunt, Beverly (Danny) Lindsey of Plano, Ill.; Kenneth Welliver of Murdock, Ill.; Douglas (Beverly) Collins of Plano, Ill.; amd five cousins, Daniel Lindsey of Terre Haute, Ind., Katie Lindsey of West Terre Haute, Ind., Linnea Collins of Plano, Ill., Douglas Collins of Plano, Ill., and William Collins of Plano, Ill. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Welliver; aunt, Margaret Collins; and grandparents, Brinton and Bertha Welliver, and Douglas and Gloria Collins. He attended the Naval Academy and was a 1997 graduate of Indiana State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in information systems management.
