CLINTON [mdash] Mary (Martha) Garaffa, 93, of Clinton, died Feb. 12, 2017, in Union Hospital Clinton. She was born April 9, 1923, in Clinton, to Burto Wright and Laura S. Ike Wright. She was a homemaker. She loved to crochet and do search a word puzzles, reading and her flower garden. She loved all her friends and family. She was the last surviving of 10 children. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Chuck; brothers and sisters, Leo Wright, Mort Wright, Otha Wright, Jack Wright, Herman Wright, Bert Wright, Alice Wright and Edith Kelley Pavey; and an infant brother, William Wright. She is survived by her daughter, Marsha Garaffa of Clinton; one sister-in-law, Carmella Conard of Clinton; several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; several great-great-nieces and nephews; several great-great-great-nieces and nephews; and extended family. Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday in the Walnut Grove Chapel. Services will be at 11 a.m. with Bob Howard officiating.
