Patricia A. Phillips, 84, of Terre Haute, passed away Tuesday November 17, 2015 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. Patricia was born in Terre Haute on August 2, 1931 to William F. Bauer and Margaret T. Murdock Bauer. She was a 1950 graduate of Wiley High School and was retired after 40 years as a bookkeeper for Heine and Son and had formerly worked for Sherwin Williams in Ohio and in California. She was a member of the Blue Triangle Club where she served as treasurer for two years, she was also a member of The Special Interest Car Club of Terre Haute where she served as treasurer for three years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Leighton Phillips and a brother, David L. Bauer. She is survived by one daughter; Jacqueline Heintz and her husband Kurt of Terre Haute, one brother, William H. Bauer and his wife Dorothy of Terre Haute. She is survived by two grandchildren; Levi Keltz and his significant other Courtney Scheid and Tashawna N. Buckelew and her husband Roger of Manassas, VA., and several Nieces and Nephews. Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, IN., 47804. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Merrill Weir will be officiating. Burial will be held in Highland Lawn Cemetery.
