Rebecca Idella Maines, 68, of Bowling Green passed away Saturday June 13, 2015 at 6:08 am in her residence surrounded by her loving family. She is co-owner of the Coin Merchant on South 25th St. in Terre Haute. Rebecca was born December 17, 1946 in Douglasville, GA to John Swofford and Verna (Gaston) Swofford. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Roy Maines; daughters, Virginia Nikole Maines of Sarasota, FL, Suzy Sager of Bowling Green, IN, and Jennifer Rebecca Webb and her husband Christopher of Bowling Green, IN; a granddaughter, Larissa Webb; grandsons, Brock Dalton, Tyler Dalton, Craig Dalton, Zach Webb, Tristen Webb, and Justen Sager; a sister, Bonnie Douglas; brothers, John Craig Swofford and his wife Vicki and Joe Swofford and his wife Teri and several nieces and nephews. Rebecca was a graduate of Honey Creek High School, a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Terre Haute, a housewife, and a loving Wife, Mother, and MeMa who will be missed dearly by her family. Visitation is Tuesday June 16, 2015 from 4:00 until 8:00 pm in DeBaun Funeral Homes, Springhill Chapel, 85 E. Springhill Dr. with friends and family sharing memories and stories about Rebecca starting around 7:30 pm in the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in Grandview Cemetery. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to either the IU Liver Transplant Center or the IU Cancer Center in Rebecca’s memory
