Diana Kay Romans, 69, of Terre Haute and formerly of Chesterfield, MO, passed away at 7:00 PM in her residence. She was born in Pekin, IL on December 18, 1945 to Virgil Romans and Erlene Schappaugh Romans. Diana was a retired Nursing Instructor and a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. She is survived by her sister, Julie Edwards (husband John), her aunt, Doris Thrush, and uncle Roger Schappaugh as well as several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Virgil Romans and Erlene Romans, and brother Rick Romans. Funeral services will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Burt Squires officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Monday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in DeBaun Springhill Chapel.
