Bradley Dale Whitford, 71, of Terre Haute passed away April 20, 2015. He was born September 21, 1943 to Wallace Whitford and Gladys (Newell) Whitford. He was a member of Christ Temple. He enjoyed fishing, hunting with his Coon dogs, and was an avid baseball, football, and boxing coach. He was known to be a prankster, but was the type of guy that if you needed something done, he did it. He is survived by his wife Sandra Whitford, whom he married March 7, 1971; sons Shawn Whitford and Stacy Allan Whitford both of Montezuma, Indiana; daughter Shannon Bryan, and her husband Ron of Marion, Indiana; grandchildren Ronald Ray Bryan Jr., Layona Beel, her husband James, and Julie Bryan; sisters Laura “Toodie” Hagard of Montezuma, Indiana and Kay Carter of West Terre Haute, Indiana; brother-in-law Joe Cummins of Illinois; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday April 27, 2015 at 1:00p.m. in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804. Pastor Merrill Weir will be officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 11:00a.m. until service time.
