Jean Hanley, 89, of Terre Haute passed away suddenly at her residence on March 13, 2015. She was born in Albany, NY on January 16, 1926 to Gradon and Harriett Chappelle. Mrs. Hanley was a homemaker and a longtime member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. Her enjoyment came from playing bridge with her friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph W. Hanley, in 1994. Her survivors are her three daughters, Linda Hanley and her husband Howard VanSickle, Carol Willis, and Cindy Trueblood and her husband Ron. She has four grandchildren, Katie (Eric) Shelley, Emily (Josh) Gates, Allyson Wills, and Zachary (Laura) Wills. She is also survived by a special and longtime friend Angelo Vannoni. There are four great-grandchildren Noah Shelley, Lucas Gates, Eloise Wills and Audrey Wills. Mass of Christian Burial will be in St. Benedict Catholic Church at 12:05 Monday, March 16, 2015.
